Our team is the heart of CAPS. Every BCBA and Behavior Technician we hire becomes part of a coordinated care team working alongside our PEERS and life-coaching staff, so the children we serve get support for the whole family, not just one piece of the puzzle.

Hold full clinical authority over your own caseload - assessments, individualized treatment plans, and supervision of a team of Behavior Technicians, with caseloads sized so you can actually do the job well.
Work one-on-one with children to build essential language, play, social, and adaptive skills. Guided by our experienced BCBAs, you’ll make a meaningful impact every day. While prior experience with kids is preferred, we provide full, comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Our founders are parents of a child who received ABA. We know what families need because we’ve lived it, and we built CAPS to deliver it.
Mentorship is built into how we work. Regular supervision, feedback, and training help you sharpen your clinical skills and grow into your next role.
Many great BCBAs started as Behavior Technicians. We’ll help you grow into the clinician you want to be.
